I have found that using a combination of psychotherapeutic techniques (including Psychodynamic, Solution focussed therapy, Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) into a session, allows us to get to the root cause of any issue within that session. It allows us to see how connections made from experiences in your past, affects your life now and with this knowledge we are then able to work together on changing self limiting beliefs by replacing them with empowering positive beliefs.
